The devastation caused by the wildfires has left many families without homes, essential items, and stability. Our Wildfire Relief Fund: Support for Pregnant & Postpartum Families is providing cash aid for pregnant and postpartum families directly impacted by the fires.

Please read carefully as Round 4 eligibility criteria has changed from previous funding rounds. Round 4 will provide support to pregnant and postpartum families who have experienced loss of access to their home. If you were a recipient of Round 2 and Round 3 funding, you may be eligible for Round 4 funding. ELIGIBILITY QUIZ
To be eligible for our Wildfire Relief Cash Aid, you must answer YES to all of the following questions:
- Are you currently pregnant or is your child’s birth date on or after January 1, 2024?
- Were you a resident of Los Angeles County on January 7, 2025?
- Are you 18 years or older?
- Were you affected by the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires in terms of loss of access to home?
- Is your household income at or below Area Median Income for Los Angeles County (please see page 8 for more information), which is contingent upon the number of persons in the household?
- 1 person: $68,750
- 2 persons: $78,550
- 3 persons: $88,400
- 4 persons: $98,200
- 5 persons: $106,050
- 6 persons: $113,900
- 7 persons $121,750
- 8 persons: $129,600
- Do you have access to a smart phone or email? Disbursements of funds are made electronically.
Only 1 application can be submitted per household. Additional applications will not be reviewed.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Fill out the application form below. You will receive a confirmation email if you’ve successfully submitted the online application form. If you’ve submitted the application but did not receive this email, please reach out to info@4thtri.org.
- Submit supporting documents. You MUST email required documents to info@4thtri.org no later than 48 hours of submitting the online application. Your application is not complete until we verify your documentation.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
You must email us the required documents no later than 48 hours of submitting your online application or you may be deemed ineligible. We may reach out to ask clarifying questions. If we cannot deem your document(s) legitimate, we will reach out for additional documentation. In order to ensure that we award as much funding as possible to eligible families, we are unable to fund applications with unverified documentation.
ALL applicants must provide the following documentation that includes a date, the applicant’s or their household member’s full name and address (where applicable):
- Documentation of total household income. Please provide all documents necessary to reflect your total household income. We Accept:
- Most recent W2 or paystubs
- Statement of 1040
- If a documents such as a recent W2, paystubs, and Statement of 1040, are not available, you can provide a bank statement dated within the past month (i.e. dated July – August 2025)
- Current public benefits statement if receiving public benefits
- Documentation of household size. Members of a household are defined as those who contribute to household income/vital needs or are dependents. Documentation must reflect the number of members stated in the application. We accept:
- Statement of 1040 for a spouse and/or dependent(s)
- Marriage records for a spouse
- School records for children
- Birth certificates for children
- Documentation that includes your full name and the impacted home address as listed on your application. We accept:
- Most recent electricity or water bill
- Current driver’s license or State-issued identification card
- Current rental or lease agreement (entered into on or before January 7, 2025)
- Current bank or mortgage statement
- Current statement of government benefits, such as SSI, SSDI, SNAP, etc.
- Documentation of your current address. We accept:
- Most recent electricity or water bill

ALL applicants must be either currently pregnant or in their first year of postpartum as of January 1, 2024.
- If you are currently pregnant, please submit a document that dates your pregnancy. We accept:
- Pregnancy verification letter
- Medical visit summary related to your pregnancy
- Confirmation of a medical appointment related to your pregnancy
- If you are currently in the first year of postpartum and your child’s birth date is on or after January 1, 2024, please submit a document that verifies your child’s birth date. We accept:
- Birth certificate
- Birth verification letter from your provider and/or birth worker
